How we use your inquiry information我们如何使用您的询盘资料

We use the contact details, project requirements and drawings you choose to submit to review your project and respond to your inquiry. Your submission is stored in our website inquiry records and sent to our sales mailbox. Uploaded files may also be included in the email notification.
Retention: For inquiries that do not result in an order, we retain the information for 12 months after the inquiry is closed or the last substantive communication. We review inactive inquiries quarterly and delete contact details and drawings that are no longer needed after this period. Necessary information for ongoing projects is retained while the project is active. Order and contract records are retained separately according to business needs and applicable requirements. The review covers website records, attachments and email copies; deletion is handled through periodic review, rather than automatic expiry.

保留期限：未成交询盘在项目关闭或最后一次实质沟通后保留12个月。我们按季度审核不活跃询盘，并在上述期限后删除不再需要的联系方式和图纸。正在进行的项目继续保留必要资料；订单、合同等记录另按实际业务及适用要求保存。审核范围包括网站记录、附件及邮件副本，通过定期人工审核清理，不采用自动到期删除。
